Given that the Regulation n° 650/2012 has been in effect for deaths after 17th August, 2015,  it is now time to be precise about the flaws in the research done by EU_Europe into the rules of English succession to foreign immovables which appear to have been based on a directed and targeted questionnaire completed by four English solicitors.  There has been an absence of any meeting of minds on the concepts addressed.

The European Notarial groupings concerned have a great deal to answer for.
